UPDATE: The film now released is 80 to 90 seconds shorter. (Images of body parts being eaten have been removed.) There is no indication yet which version of the film will be shown in international festivals.
RESTRICTED: The Korea Media Rating Board has twice designated the film a "Restricted"/“limited screening”; a virtual ban, since such films can only been played in special theaters featuring exclusively adult films. Advertising and marketing is also banned. The board explained that some scenes “severely damage the dignity of human values.”
